Job Description:

As a Business Sales Executive at World Trader Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your main objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with prospective clients. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate new client relationships through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients, and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  • Present our suite of products and services to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and offering ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
